It's the earliest dated Latin Christian document and contains the
first mention of a Latin Bible. You'll also find the Latin text and
facing translation in Herbert Musurillo's _Acts of the Christian
Martyrs_ (Oxford: Clarendon Press, 1972), pp. 86-89; see also M's
introduction, pp. xxii-xxiii. Both M. and the ODCC3 have brief
bibliographies.
