As part of his Ph.D dissertation, George Mason University graduate student
Sean Gorman has created a map of the internet infrastructure from
publically available data that is so detailed that the US Government has
asked him not to post the map publically. So far, Gorman has voluntarily
withheld his maps and dissertation..

Sean has been actively researching Internet geography for several years.
