Dear All,
Kate Charlton of the Summerhayes Centre sent me a message as follows:
"I am just writing with a query to which you may know the answer, or know
where I may be able to find out the answer. I work at Summerhayes which is a
Preventative Mental Health Centre in Newhaven, which is run by Voluntary
Sector but works very much in Partnership with Statutory Sector, to offer a
varied range of supportive and self help activities. We are running a half
day in November to think with all our partners and local organisations,
about what is Preventative Mental Health and how can we at Summerhayes offer
the most appropriate service and activities to promote positive mental
well-being. It would be really helpful to know whether there are other
similar ventures in the country and how they operate. I wonder whether you
have any ideas on this subject, Many thanks,
Kate Charlton

I replied to Kate myself but also asked her if she would like me to post her
message on this list. She said she would appreciate that.
Please note I am also copying Kate into this message but kate is not
currently a List member.
Please remember if you want to communicate anything to Kate to send your
message direct to Kate Charlton on [log in to unmask] since
she is not yet a list member and will not receive the message if you just
use the reply function.
thanks
