human-orientated and user-centred.

topic/challenge, are welcome. Theoretical papers and papers describing
practical experiences are welcome. Papers may address innovations in
architecture, methodologies, software, hardware, and attitude
(social/cultural related). Authors are strongly encouraged to provide
in-depth conclusions of their insights on weaknesses, strengths and lessons
learnt of issues they address.

Contributions are welcome in, but not limited to, the following topics:
{Please note that these topics can be addressed in the general sense of

LOCATION

Join the IRMA 2004 attendees in New Orleans Louisiana. New Orleans is a
culturally mixed city, with people of different backgrounds sharing many
wonderful neighborhoods. It has old customs like Mardi Gras which locals and
tourists alike look forward to each year, as well as new customs like Jazz
Fest, which has become a big hit in recent years. They are just more reasons
for locals to love New Orleans and visitors to enjoy coming each year.
Besides the major events, history and architecture, the food and restaurants
of New Orleans stand out in the South and are on a par with any city in the
world. Most visitors can't come to the Big Easy and not put on a few pounds
and love it while they are doing it. There is an unmistakable love of life
in New Orleans and it can be seen in its many festivals, fairs and general
good nature in the most "unique city" in America.
