Registrations are now being accepted online at http://www.hci2003.org/
for HCI2003, the 17th Annual Conference of The British HCI Group.
Book by 15th July to get an "early bird" discount of GBP55 (students save
GBP50). See the website for details of delegate fees and accommodation.
Please note that numbers are restricted for both workshops and tutorials so
book early to be sure of a place.
Keynote speakers include Hiroshi Ishii (MIT Media Lab), Gordon Smillie
(Microsoft) and Bob Regan (Macromedia), while there are also 25 full papers,
23 short papers, 9 tutorials and 8 workshops plus posters, interactive
experiences, panels, organisational overviews, doctoral consortium.
Participants are drawn from around 15 countries throughout the world. The
programme for industry day will be finalised in the next week or so,
including a variety of sessions aimed specifically at practitioners.
Full details of each accepted submission are appearing on the website.
There is a full social programme as well as an exhibition to occupy
delegates in between sessions. The conference dinner takes place in the
evening of Industry Day, in the historic Roman Baths and Pump Room
