Adrian you're beginning to sound more like me every day now. I saw this years ago. I have a small cadre of GP friends who I used to go to the gym several times a week with and they told me that they were no longer going to do OOH work and they have been angling for this position. I learned more sitting in the Jacuzzi and plunge pool and having a sauna than I did going to boring collabarative meetings.
Unfortunately due to pressure of work I have to give the gym a miss and this is due to the explosion in the A&E attendances.
Best wishes
