***************
A 'Commemorative' Conference will be held at the London School of
Economics on September 23rd - for the late Professor Richard Titmuss,
who died thirty years ago this year.
A series of speakers and panellists - with active discussion - will
consider the Titmuss 'legacy'. Speakers include Julian Le Grand,
Howard Davies, Baroness Blackstone, David Donnison, Ann Oakley, Eileen
Munro, Howard Glennerster.
We would welcome attendance and participation by all those interested in
Richard Titmuss' ideas and appraisal of their impact on social welfare
thinking.
Full details of the Conference, Speakers and a Registration Form, are at
the Web site http://www.lse.u-net.com/RMTConf.htm
We hope you will consider joining us, for the Conference sessions from
2.30pm and subsequent Reception, from 6 - 8pm.
On behalf of the Titmuss-Meinhardt Memorial Fund
