Internet Archaeology is pleased to announce the opening of Issue 14 which
just gone online with
"The Application of GIS Viewshed Analysis to Roman Urban Studies: the
Case-Study of Empúries, Spain" by Alan Kaiser (University of Evansville)
http://intarch.ac.uk/journal/issue14/kaiser_index.html
The article explores the use of GIS viewshed analysis in a Roman urban
context using a Spanish case-study, an underappreciated area in Roman
archaeological investigations. It will particularly interest classical
archaeologists and those using GIS.
This issue also contains a review by Beverly Nenk (British Museum) of the
Worcestershire On-line Fabric Type Series website, and a review by David
Petts on 'The Earl of Abergavenny' CD-Rom
