Can't speak for anyone else, but my own mention of registrars was based not
on the original post but on 'Doc Holliday's'.
It's often more straightforward to address an issue with a consultant-
they'll be working with you for a few years yet, so once you change their
views the job's done. If the whole radiology department feels the same,
you've got a long process on your hands (but works eventually); if it's one
individual then pressure of their peers should work.
