I dont currently, but have had in the past, and miss it dreadfully.
Its a truely wonderful piece of kit and if you have the option of getting
one then definitely do. Useful for - localising/ruling out FB's, direct
visualisation of upper-airway structures - for abnormality (epiglottits,
laryngeal oedema, assess upper airway burns), localising epistaxis. Go one
step further and get a medium sized paediatric bronchoscope and you can do
all your upper endoscopy and fibre-optic assisted intubation. Must have if
you can afford it.
