Unfortunately I don't move in those circles. However I strongly suspect it will come in and when the breaches start to occurr. Waiting times creeping up over 2 hours in the middle of the night it will be the consultant who has to come in and clear up the crap.
I don't know what is going in the UK Society but the locals seem to be intent on knocking the proverbial shit out of each other, every night. We are a dept. they were going to close down a few years ago. Now it is the so called ex trauma centre up the road that seems to be going onto respite at a drop of a hat. We are getting frequent stabbings, blunt head trauma and are having to mop it up in the middle of the night and then come in a do a day's work the next day.
