I am trying to draw up a retention schedule and would welcome ideas on the
appropriate period in the following circumstances. We have a project
which receives applications from handicapped children for financial
support with the provision of computer equipment to assist them in
communicating. After assessment of their elegibility and needs,
equipment, software and training are provided.
For how long must we keep the individual case records? And, if possible,
is your suggestion statutory or good practice?
