I think there is nothing available like you are looking for. It is possible to use a digital recorder and a voice recognition program together. But, if I understand what you seek, it will not do what you are looking for.
Here is how it works with Dragon Systems. First I had to train the system to recognize my voice from the recorder. I found that the internal microphone was not up to the task, so I use a good external mike. Training is similar to regular voice training, except that you record the training passages first and then play them back into the voice recognition software.
Now I speak notes, comments, and such directly into the Dragon Systems Mobile recorder (not sure who actually makes it). When I'm ready to transcribe, I plug a cable into the bottom of the recorder. It looks like a USB cable, but the other end plugs into a standard serial port. Then I start the software and turn on the recorder. The software then controls the mobile recorder. It finds the files stored in the recorder's memory. You select the one you want to transcribe, and it does the rest. Sort of. I have never gotten it up to the accuracy of straight dictation, but it's okay for short notes and such. Like all voice recognition programs, it only recognizes one voice at a time.
Now this should work with any digital recorder, but you would still have to train the software to recognize the voice from that recorder. And you would have to control the recorder manually. it might be possible to download the files into your computer and transcribe them from there, but I haven't bothered to figure out how to do that.
