It depends what you want. There are some approaches to code responses of
open ended questions, either with a category system or by word
associations. You can code with NUDIST (feature is called autocoding,
other packages have similar features), but if you want to have full
control over the coding process, the dictionary approach with user
created dictionaries/category systems is appropriate. There are several
