CPI Library and Information Policy Seminar
The context for this cross-sectoral seminar is the widespread concern about
the workforce challenges facing the L+I domain. Key issues to be explored
include Resourcešs work in developing a workforce strategy, the workforce
issues being identified by a Regional Agency, skills, leadership, and
comparisons with archives and museums.
Target audience: library and information managers across the sectors,
Regional Agencies, government bodies, library schools, and independent
consultants. Opportunities for discussion and debate are built in
throughout the day.

Stamford is 90 miles north of London and easily accessible by road (A1)
or rail (Stamford-Peterborough, Leicester and Birmingham line). Stamford
station is just 2 minutes walk from the hotel. There is adequate free
car parking at the rear of the hotel.
