In clause 2.7 I note the following:
"The namespace URI should be encoded in the XHTML <link> element"
and examples like:
"<link rel="schema.dc" href="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/" />"
If this is really about XHTML, then surely the standard XML namespace
binding syntax should be used, i.e.
<head xmlns:dc="http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/"> ...
