Hmm, good point :-)
Perhaps it would be better to say that dc:rights should be used
_in_addition_ to copyright and that dc-applications should look for
rel and rev values where at least one matches the dc/dcterms
namespace?
So the advice could be, don't expect this to be picked up by a
dc-application:
<link rel="copyright" href="http://www.example.org/rights.html" />
When writing a dc-application look for one or more match in the rel
and rev lists:
<link rel="copyright dc:rights" href="http://www.example.org/rights.html" />
