Dear all
with my 'other hat' on, I've been looking at the title lists of publishers
likely to be the subject of JISC negotiations towards e-journal deals
for next year. Even when relatively marginal titles are included,
there is only a handful of titles in all of the fifteen lists put together
which are of use to architecture, which means
that the School of Architecture will get little benefit from the deals
which are eventually done. I know this will be a familiar story - but is
anyone subscribing to any electronic journals deals which ARE of
value to architects? Do people subscribe to individual titles (where
this is allowed)? Or do architects simply not use this technology
anyway?
Regards to all
