When I was in General Practice we would send a condolences card, and
also mark the relatives records so we didn't make a gaff when they next
attended. Then six weeks later we sent another card to the effect that
we were still there for them if they felt they had no support, but we
wouldn't push ourselves on them, they just had to make an appointment or
ask for a visit. With computers it's very easy to set up..

Does any department send condolences cards to bereaved relatives?
Best wishes,
