Dear All,
It comes as no surprise that you were all able to help Matthew out with
this - I even managed to contribute a few select photos myself. Given that
a number of us have been raiding our photo-libraries for suitable material,
I was wondering if we could do something even more useful with the results.
I would like suggest that the images could be pulled together and the
'best' submitted for publication in the Records Management Bulletin, in
the form of a photographic case history. At the same time it may be
possible to pull them together in a sub-folder of the list archive (with the
permission of the list owners of course) that would then act as a shared
resource for us all.
I am prepared to start the ball rolling on this. As such, I would be very
interested to receive any photos that you would be prepared to
share with a wider audience ( both good and bad examples records
management) with an indication if you wish their location/source to be cited
or not.
As usual please contact me off-list - at [log in to unmask]
Best Wishes,
Paul Duller

Subject: Photos
Dear All,
Yesterday I asked for photos of good and bad records systems.
I have been overwhelmed by the quick and helpful responses I have received
from all over the world. I am sorry to those people that did reply to me as
there were so many responses that I don't have time to reply with thanks
individually. I hope this global reply will suffice and once again many
thanks to all those who took the time to help me out.
Regards
Matt
