Dear Professor John Konrad,
We are engaged in a research activity on "rekoning group evolution in
collaborativ online learning" based on Social Network Analysis adapted to
Collaborative Online learning. We are also currently designing a
Multi-Agent System that would help a Tutor to measure the degree of
activity in an online learning course.
We are computer scientists (sorry ;-)) but opened to information and social
sciences and our research work is based on a real-life online learning
experience conduced in 2001 with the Foreign Language Department of the
Open University that engaged 40 life-long learners, 4 tutors and 15 other
collaborators.

If you evaluation of online learning means compare quality of online
