Hi
Yes We might be interested in "piloting questionnaire or other research
instruments".
Our project will be evaluating the use of 'learning objects' that we are
currently making, to support the teaching of study skills. The kind of
evaluations we might be interested in would be of a 'micro' type to see how
our learning objects are used in existing contexts and probably not of
complete courses.
A bit more info about our project can be found at:

Dear Professor John Konrad,
We are engaged in a research activity on "rekoning group evolution in
collaborativ online learning" based on Social Network Analysis adapted to
Collaborative Online learning. We are also currently designing a
Multi-Agent System that would help a Tutor to measure the degree of
activity in an online learning course.
We are computer scientists (sorry ;-)) but opened to information and social
sciences and our research work is based on a real-life online learning
experience conduced in 2001 with the Foreign Language Department of the
Open University that engaged 40 life-long learners, 4 tutors and 15 other
collaborators.
If our experience and our research goals are of some interest for you...
Let us know, we may be interested in your project on the evaluation of
online learning.
If you evaluation of online learning means compare quality of online
learning with "classical or other ways of" learning. We are not interrested
in.
very simply, and transparently,
