Hallo Everyone
My name is Tracy and today (1 April) is my official day as the librarian for the EDC at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa. I took over from my colleague, Peter du Plessis, who became the subject librarian for Political Science, English and Philosophy. At the moment I feel kind of lost, although I had some training in cataloguing my books, etc. Unfortunately, just my luck, I already have three major law-related inquiries, which of course I have no idea how to solve.
I have minimum experience concerning Eur-Lex and no experience in the Law profession, and would be therefore forever thankful if somebody can help me.
The three inquiries are
Question 1
Information on the inheritance and law of succession in the UK.
What is the requirements for the execution of a valid will?
Are provision made for condemnation and how is it applied?
Question 2
Information on the characteristics of the Netherlands Deeds Registry.
Question 3
EC rules and regulations, and the implementation of them, concerning occupational health and safety for computer users / computer workers / office workers, etc. The lecturer has to do a project on "Occupational health and safety".
I hope to hear from anybody soon!
Hope you have a better day than me!!
Kind regards
Tracy
