Dear DublinCorers
We're delighted with everyone's thoughtful responses so far. The DC Type
Working Group is now about to submit the completed proposals for moving
image and still image terms to the Usage Board. Would you try to get your
comments and/or expressions of support to the Group asap. AMIA has provided
us with a useful model. The Vide Group are now working on a second level
list. The proposals and related documents can be found at:
http://www.acmi.net.au/dctypeproposal/index.html
<http://www.acmi.net.au/dctypeproposal/index.html>
If you can find the time, it would be very useful to have a structured
statement:
a. outlining the extent of your community of interest
b. an indication of why you support the proposal(s)
c. any suggested improvements to the proposal(s)
You can either respond to the DC.Type Working Group list or directly to me.
Regards
Simon
