Thanks for confirming that it wasn't just my laptop that caused problems.
Tore Hoel mailed me and pointed me to the Mindjet website, which after a
couple of clicks leads to
http://www.mindjet.com/uk/download/download.php?produkt=mmv2002-e&view=yep
where you can download the viewer. That download there works and has the
advantage that it isn't a trial version. (Thanks Tore!)
