Hi
It depends what state you want to have at the end.
There is no release of the current edg1.4.8 on redhat 7.3. And other
than WNs mounting via NFS or AFS things from RH6.2 CEs (scotgrid and lyon).
I don't think anyone has attempted it. LCFGng, edg1.4.8, redhat 7.3
was used at the very first stage of current development cycle but
no fuctionality was tested. At this stage also the VDT's globus was
introduced so 1.4.8 as it stands has never been done on redhat 7.3.
As for the current development there is LCFGng configuration for redhat7.3
CE, SE, WN, MON, VOMS, IC, UI, RLS, LRC, RB, BD-II and GIIS
but all for testbed2.
This is still changing, about 3 times a day at the moment
and is not functional , nor is there a testbed to join at the moment.
At the end of this month hopefully the development testbed will be in
a state that it's worth letting the loose cannons on to the system.
So if you want to run a fuctional testbed then its still redhat6.2 I'm
afraid unless you want to know what is coming in advance though
it will be out of date within a hours.

There is no upgrade route and reinstallation is the way to go for this.
As for notes the WP4 instructions are pretty good and a lot more
time proof compared to what used to exist for LCFG.
