Thanks Kieren and Jim for their responses to my problem. Here is what I
learned about my posting problem. I know it's technical and off topic but
this might be relevant to others on this and/or other lists. This is the
first time I've knowingly been affected by this.
Please stop reading if you're hoping to see some business or accounting

I'm afraid that mail sent from/through the server where your account is
hosted by us is being rejected by this ISP.
They appear to be blocking all mail coming from IP addresses which
are "black listed" as possible spammers by osirusoft.com.
In the short term, I suggest you change your SMTP server setting in Outlook
to use the SMTP server supplied by your own ISP.
