Red Cross are just looking at updating theirs to include some more
languages but not available until later this year
London Ambulance also have one for prehospital use.
If anyone has an electronic version of this, I would be happy to post
it on NELH ( www.nelh.nhs.uk/emergency ) so that it can be available to
everyone.
