its network, (ganglia looks to be correct now.)
Actually the networking out of here is pretty dreadful to some locations.
A very quick iperf to some sites that have NMs.
to ccwp7.in2p3.fr - 20.8 Mbits/sec
to testbed007.cern.ch - 44.4 Mbits/sec
and to tbn04.nikhef.nl an embarresing 865 bits/sec
I wanted to check what was being reported from
http://gppnm.gridpp.rl.ac.uk/iperf
but that does not seem to working. Any pointers Paul
