A (mild) objection to the appearance of political email on this list is, I
believe, a legitimate contribution to our use of it. But so, I believe more
emphatically, is the political email itself, considering our engagement with
always-already politically engaged writers, our international membership, the
international character of the message's distribution and its purpose, and our
situation at a moment of grave crisis. We must carry on, and not entirely with
business as usual.
