Gillian , are you sure about the dates?
I've got schools to submit Oct - Dec 2003 ready for Feb 2004 in my timetable
- I'll only be providing general guidance to schools for LEA.
As with Data Protection, they're separate legal entities so Headteacher will
be ultimately responsible. I imagine that's why Local Govt group of RMS
didn't include in their (very good) guidelines?
Think we all have to be ready for Jan 2005 regardless and its only the
approval of Publication Schemes that's staggered by sector - presumably for
convenience of OIC, as they have only a small number of staff and thousands
of schemes to plough through.
I'd be more than happy to hear that there's slippage on access rights for
anyone in the later waves!
