Hi,
Does anyone know of any literatures on changing food consumption in ECE/FSU post-1989? I've found a lot of stuff, of course, on agriculture, and some fairly scientific stuff on nutrition and food choice/quality, but I was wondering if anyone knew of anything about, for example, the internationalisation of food choices (McDonaldization and further), the promotion of local food etc etc etc.
I'd be grateful for any ideas.
