I've updated the examples to use correct learndirect terms and notations.
I've also moved to using 'learndirect' (all lowercase) throughout (except
for the DC encoding scheme name, which is 'Learndirect' - by convention,
all DC encoding scheme names start with an uppercase letter) as this
appears to be the prefered form of name used by UfI.
I've slightly modified the RDN XML schemas (for the qualified DC encoding)
and checked that everything still validates.
