I can submit jobs to Bristol via the IC RB, using the RunTimeEnvironment
BRISTOL_SITE, but Bristol is still amber, so this can't be the full answer.
However, the map webpage does specify that the appropriate label must be
set, so I assumed that was how it was specifying the site.
The only other way I know to specify a specific site is to bypass the
brokering by using the -r flag on dg-job-submit. Is this what you mean
by an II search, or is there a third method?
