--> ... And, unfortunately, David Lammy has missed the big point, that it's
only once decent care is provided (unlike that alleged in the article) that
the only thing patients have left to complain about is the LESSER isssue of
waiting times.
Thus, pulling consultants off their supervisory and other duties dealing
with the bigger picture and the sicker patients is like reassiging the pilot
of a 747 with an excellent safety record to attend to the delays in serving
orange juice in 1st class, about which people complain, simply because
passengers rarely come back and complain about crashing from 30,000 feet...
What you need is more cabin staff...
