I wonder if anyone out there can enlighten me on a new booklet
that has been produced for UK EDs to distribute to patients. It is
called the Whiplash Book and is essentially a guide to rehab
following 'whiplash'. I gather it has been produced with the support
of BAEM and that all EDs should have them! We certainly do not
have any in Sheffield, and I came across it when someone waved it
at a conference audience last week. What I really want to know is:
From where is it produced
How do we get hold of them
Have BAEM really endorsed it
Where is the evidence that it is effective?
I am grateful to anyone who can help me.
