Let me follow both strands of this thread.
-Lee, do you mean that your scheme has been approved by the Info
Commissioner? If so, congratulations.
-Tony, this sounds like a useful if ambitious project. One other area of
interest might be the management and presentation of the pub scheme itself.
How is everyone doing this? Are you getting your web team to do a lot of
bespoke work, or are you considering off-the-shelf software?

We have the full support from the Senior Management within Transport for
London and, where necessary, sought advice from the Information Commissioner
who was extremly helpful. Our publication scheme has now been agreed.

Subject: FOI implementation toolkit
Would you like a toolkit to help you with the implementation of FOI?
I am just trying to gauge intrest in the development of a toolkit for the
implementation of FOI and RM in local government.
If their was a toolkit what do you think people might want in it?
Some ideas; Retetion Schedule, RM policy, FOI request procedures, model
records plan, classification scheme, presentations, briefing notes for
different levels.
What are component that you need?
Thanks
