It is interesting to hear your comments on CALM RM. Colin has been involved with DS and testing out CALM for RM. We certainly had a few teething problems transferring data from our old system but
these have been ironed out. Colin would be interested to hear your experinces of CALM RM - do get in touch next week.
Colin and I set up RM for Brighton and Hove City Council, which we now provide for them. I am currently doing a RM feasibility study for Sussex University but have not got as far as looking at
software in this respect.
Good luck!
Wendy

That's very interesting that you are using CALM, we did adopt CAIRS for the whole of Cumbria Archive Service (historical and RM) but whilst the historical side has been quite well developed (but not
yet complete) the RM side has been proved to be wholly unsuitable for the job in hand. We have been left to source possible replacements on our own - something that without time/knowledge is a pretty
impossible task.
Would be interested to talk to Colin when he gets back?!
Regards
Claire
