Was interested to read your message about your role with FOI and how it has reaised the profile of RM in the organisation. Can you give me any details as to how you have gone about this and the methods you have used? How did you gain the support of senior management? I am intrigued...although I do admit that enthusiasm/priorities differ between authorities...
We collaborated with Chief Exec's Dept on the collation of info for the publication scheme back in Oct-Dec, but that is as far as it's gone? Would be interested to hear you views on how opportunities could be expoited better?
