You might like to look at "Differential Equations" by Blanchard, Devaney, &
Hall. (Brooks/Cole Publishing Co., ISBN: 0-534-34550-6). It covers both
topics of linear algebra & Diff Eq. The authors are at Boston University
(you might find more info at their website: http://math.bu.edu).
Hope this helps.

Subject: Linear Algebra and Differential Equations
Hello everyone,
The former MATHEDU list has been inactive as of
late, but I have a request for those of you
who still are subscribers. Do any of you have
a recommendation for a book that combines linear
algebra and differential equations into a single
volume? We are not particularly interested in a
super-comprehensive treatment of either topic;
that can be done in follow-up courses. If the
text, or a good portion of it, would be adaptable
for a three or four hour one semester course,
that would be great. If it includes technology,
fine; but we can handle this ourselves if needed.
Any help you can give us would be greatly appreciated.
