Web-based resource developer (0.5 equivalent) nine-month fixed term contract
RA7 (£16,772) –RB4 (£19,423) pro rata
The Centre for Information Research (CIRT) is seeking to recruit a web-
based resource developer to work on a project (eVALUEd) funded through the
Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) fund for Good
Management Practice.
The post holder will be responsible for the technical aspects of developing
the web-based evaluation toolkit for electronic libraries and updating the
project web site. S/he will have well-developed web design skills including
proven ability with HTML and CSS, and experience of Macromedia Dreamweaver,
Adobe Acrobat, MS Publisher and Javascript. An understanding of technical
issues relevant to electronic libraries and their evaluation would be
advantageous.
