Have you tried the Cntre for Accessible Enviroments
(www.cae.org.uk). They have a lot of good information for
individuals and organisations.
It may be worthwhile looking at the Newbury & District
Arts Association at the following
address (http://www.newburyarts.co.uk/Links/access.shtml).
This page contains a number of arts organisations for
disabled people.
The Arts Council have produced a number of publications
dealing with disability issues and a good starting point
would be their Disability Action Plan
