Actually, it's 180% of basic salary for working a 48-hour week, Andrew! And
that amounts to an 80% hike in salary for a 20% hike in workload, which is 4
times normal rate if I'm allowed to put it that way.

OK, I admit I've taken an extreme example. But you're right about the DoH; I
very much suspect they didn't realise how much it would cost them!
