That's an interesting tactic Nick, very impressive if you can work it that
way. We've converted some of our minor cubicles so that they can't
"physically" take a trolley, and this seems to be the only way to keep the
cubicles free for minors!

Yes, I think our Trust might well have their eyes on our offices too Danny,
but we run a 60K department with only one secretary (isn't that well below
average?) so I think we're safe. As for my car, there's barely room for me
and a small cat...
