Dear Hester,
Although the recent treaties (Maastricht onward) have been
published in the C series (Information) the founding
treaties were not published in the OJ. The accession
treaties have all appeared in the L series, as has the
Single European Act. While the treaties are primary
legislation and appear in full text on Eur-Lex, there is
presumably some legal reason for where they are published
but I think a legal expert had better answer this one!
