ESPAnet, the Network for European Social Policy Analysis, brings to your
attention:
1. The program of speakers for the ESPAnet-seminar 'Welfare and the Social
Bond' (26-27 March, Tilburg University) is complete, but there is still room
for a few participants. If you are interested, please take a look at the
seminar website (www.uvt.nl/espanet under 'seminars'), and send a mail to
Wim van Oorschot ([log in to unmask]).
2. The conference website (www.sfi.dk/espanet) for the first annual ESPAnet
conference "Changing European Societies - the role for social policy" 13-15
November 2003 in Copenhagen, Denmark, has been updated with more sessions
and practical information on hotels.
3. Members of ESPAnet are entitled to a 30% discount on the Journal of
European Social Policy. Members pay 33 GBP instead of the regular 48 GBP per
year. Membership of ESPAnet can be obtained through its website:

4. The ESPAnet and CCRSW’s Young Researchers Workshop ‘Social Policy in a
Changing Europe’ 16-17 May 2003 in Stirling, Scotland is now full, no
further applications possible.
5. Subscription is now open for the 2003-2004 advanced course of IMPALLA,
the International Masters in Social Policy Analysis by Luxembourg, Leuven
University and Associated Institutes. For information and application see

6. A new international Master of Science (MSc) programme Health Economics,
Policy and Law (HEPL) starts in September 2003 at Erasmus University
Rotterdam (the Netherlands). For more information, see the HEPL website:

7. ESPAnet's website and newsletter are open for messages on conferences,
seminars, workshops, courses etc. that you would want to convey to
