Dear Clare
Sorry, but Mike is on leave until the end of January, and he no longer
has responsibility for disability. We have a record of some members of
the European Forum for Child Welfare in Germany, but not Sweden. I
don't know how useful these would be.

Subject: Research into welfare-to-work
Dear Colleagues
I am a researcher based in the ESRC Centre for Evidence Based Public
Health
Policy at the University of Liverpool. I am currently undertaking a
systematic review of welfare-to-work schemes (very broadly defined)
aimed
at individuals with a chronic illness or disability in the UK, USA,
Germany
and Sweden e.g. New Deal, supported employment, training, job placement
etc.
Unfortunately my searches of the electronic databases are dominated by
literature that refers only to UK and US schemes. I need some
references,
preferably empirical, that evaluate these schemes in Germany and Sweden.
Can you offer me any assistance?
Many thanks
Clare Bambra
