I would like to remind you that registration for our working conference on teaching qualitative methods with qualitative research software is open. We are particular interested in papers on teaching qualitative methods using QDA software.
To the Wisconsin Center for Education Research at the University of Wisconsin is sponsoring a working conference on teaching qualitative analysis with the QSR software tools (NVivo and N6). This conference is the result of an ongoing discussion about the needs teachers whose courses now include QSR software. QSR is cosponsoring the conference and is donating a 2-month site license for registrants to allow them to try teaching with the software and the ideas gained from the conference.
Dates are April 27th - May 1st, 2003 (immediately after AERA) and details are on the WCER website at http://www.wcer.wisc.edu/tqm . Registration is open. Please note, numbers are strictly limited, since this is a workshop-based, interactive event, designed for teachers to exchange ideas and build curricula.
