Hi Jim,
More interesting posters to decorate economics and business classes are
definately needed - well done Jim. And for your information I have seen
such posters sold by then tend top get disseminated much further when
available for free.
My own personal belief is that these subjects need to be linked very much
to the real world. So maybe you could use images of things going on and
relate them to econ/bus concepts/themes. There are so many news items that
relate to these subjects there is no lack of potential images to use.
I would also suggest you are image rather than text heavy. You could also
use contrasting images - for example you could have images of extreme
wealth and poverty next to each other.
'Just Business' has a series of three (colour A3-sized) posters that are
available for FREE - they are designed to inform students and teachers
about: (1) the project and it's website (2) Biz/ed's Virtual World and (3)
Our latest resource - The Real Price of Cotton. If you would like to
recieve copies please e-mail me off-list with your postal address and the
numbers that you require.
best wishes
Finbarr
