Dear Karin
You must also look at the European Convention on Human Rights in conjunction
with the Disability Discrimination Act because the Convention has now been
incorporated into UK Law with the implementation of the Human Rights Act
1998. Case law provides an interpretation of the legislation.
Suggest you go to www.blackwell.co.uk and under subject matter type in
either human rights or disability to produce a range of text books. There
will also be some sort of review for each book mentioned but do not purchase
books from this site but look towards Amazon for discounts.
